The house in Paździorno is another project for the Golden Property real estate agency, and the most extensive one so far. The detached house of approx. 120 m² with a garage stands on a plot of over 1,800 m² among mature trees. The goal was to show not only what the house looks like today, but also its potential – how the interiors could look when arranged according to your own ideas.
Virtual tour with voiceover
The tour guides the viewer automatically: a voiceover tells the story of the house, while the view moves sequentially through the plot, ground floor, attic, and garden. The presentation can be paused at any time to continue exploring independently. The tour begins with a drone flyover, and the plot boundaries are highlighted in the aerial view. Labels in the panoramas show the square footage of the house and garage, and the floor plan allows you to jump to any room with a single click. I also added a sunlight simulation – sun paths on the longest and shortest days of the year, as well as on the equinox, show how light falls across the plot.
Three interior states: current, unfurnished, and AI staging
In selected rooms, you can switch between the current state, the unfurnished interior, and an arrangement prepared with the help of AI. The buyer sees the actual condition of the house, empty rooms ready for their own plans, and one of the possible visions for their arrangement – within the same panorama, from the exact same spot.
Video with "live" AI staging
A promotional video was created based on the same arrangements. In each room, the camera keeps moving, and the interior transforms into a furnished one mid-motion – without any cuts. I matched the colors of the AI shots to the camera footage, making the transitions seamless. The video opens with drone shots showing the plot and closes with a night view of the illuminated house, from which the camera rises towards the starry sky – emphasizing the tranquility of the area.
Consistent agency branding
The tour, video, room labels with square footage, and the agent's contact screen were all created in line with Golden Property's visual identity. The agency also receives tour viewership statistics – collected without cookies.
Who is this solution for?
AI staging works particularly well for vacant properties, those in need of a refresh, or those furnished in a way that makes it hard for buyers to imagine their own interior. It is a faster and cheaper alternative to classic home staging, and when combined with a voiceover tour, it provides a presentation that works 24/7 – even when the agent cannot show the client around in person.
AI arrangements are illustrative visualizations and are always shown alongside the actual condition of the property.
